ISTANBULAN GREETS ITS COMPETITORS
IstanbuLAN shows Turkish hospitality to the fiercing competition scene. IstanbuLAN will take place between 3-14 February 2026.
The tournament will be fully open to register, with no invitation system or entry restrictions. Teams from the Global Region, as defined in Valve’s official rules, are eligible to participate.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis via www.istanbulan.gg, and the entry fee is $500 + VAT per team.
Tier 2 VRS Ranked event.
Seeding will be based on the official VRS Rankings released by Valve in January.
The top 4 registered teams by VRS (as of two weeks before the event) will advance directly into the Playoffs.
All other teams will compete in the Open Qualifiers on Day 1.
Open Qualifiers stage of the competition will be played in FACEIT environment.
Playoff stage of the competition will be played offline in a controlled LAN environment.
Coverage and ranking status will be submitted for approval to HLTV.org, although acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

IstanbuLAN 2026 reserves the right to reject the participation of any team or player with an active VAC ban or any confirmed history of integrity violations.
Teams with ownership, management, or operational ties to the tournament organizer (Istanbul Esports Initiative) are not eligible to participate.
Multiple team entries from the same organization are strictly prohibited. This includes academy rosters, secondary teams, or any additional lineups operating under the same organizational structure.
The complete tournament ruleset will be published and made accessible to all participants at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the tournament.
All registered players must be able to attend the LAN event in İstanbul, Türkiye. This includes possessing any required passports and visas. The visa region for the event is Türkiye. The Tournament Operator may request proof of travel eligibility, and failure to provide such documentation may result in exclusion from any stage of the tournament.
